How to Host an Event at Dwight Mission
Hosting an event at Dwight Mission is very easy. Our various facilities can accommodate all your needs. Our Lodging Facilities can sleep up to around 175 people, and there is plenty of space for meetings and recreation activities. Whether you are an individual hosting a family reunion, a youth director looking for a place for a youth retreat, or a corporate agency looking for a great get-away location for training, we have just what you need for a great experience.
Steps for planning your event at Dwight:

Decide the approximate dates for your event (it is a good idea to have several options selected). |

| Call Dwight Mission (918-775-2018) to check availability. We will ask you for the following information:

| What time do you plan to arrive? depart? |

| What meals will Dwight provide? see note below regarding Food Service. |

| Do you want the Dwight Mission staff to provide any program activities? |
| 3.
| Once the dates and reservation details are decided, we will send you a contract. |
| 4.
| When you return a signed contract with the indicated deposit (10% of your reservation or $100, whichever is greater), your reservation is complete. |
| 5.
| Keep Dwight Mission informed about any changes to your numbers or plans. |
| 6.
| At least one week prior to your event, confirm your final numbers with our staff. |
| 7.
| Enjoy our great hospitality during your event (remaining payment is due at the event). |
Food Service at Dwight Mission: For most groups, we provide the meals. We do not currently have a kitchen available for groups to use during their stay. If you would like to provide some of your own meals, please contact our office for more information.
Event Cancellation
60+ days prior to event: guest group pays $30 processing fee
7-59 days prior to event: guest group loses deposit or transfers deposit to new reservation
0-7 days prior to event: guest group loses deposit
Insurance/Liability/Safety
For guest groups who hold insurance for their events/organizations, at least two weeks prior to event, a CERTFICIATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE, naming Dwight Mission as an additional insured, in the amount of at least one million dollars, needs to be on file in the Dwight Mission office. It can be obtained by calling your insurance company and asking them to fax it directly to us at 918-775-2018. The guest group also understands that the group and/or individual guests are responsible for their own health and accident insurance coverage.
The guest group agrees to support sound safety practices in planning and implementation of programs and activities and to abide by any safety regulations provided by Dwight Mission. Injury causing accidents will be reported to Dwight Mission staff as soon as possible. If necessary, the guest group is responsible for providing a vehicle and qualified driver for transporting participants to a local medical facility. |
