Does your church have a confirmation class that would benefit from the opportunity to join other seekers from the connectional church? Then this event, designed to supplement an on-going confirmation class or kick-off a new class, is for you.
Join us as we piece together symbols of our faith and enjoy a great time of fellowship and growth at the annual Confirmation Retreat.
What will the Retreat Cover?
In this highly participative format, confirmands will join others as we learn and share about the Symbols of the Presbyterian Church (USA) and the faith we share. Time will be spent in large and small group discussion sessions that include Christian Education, Fellowship, Worship and Recreation.
Dates & Location
Always at Dwight Mission, the retreat will be February 15-17, 2013. This is a Friday-Sunday event.
Age of Participants
Participants should be in grades 7-9. Any exceptions to this must be cleared through the Dwight Mission Program Staff.

Fees & Registration
The registration fee per confirmand is $75.00 each and covers lodging, five meals beginning with breakfast on Saturday, snacks, program fees, and materials. The cost for Adult leaders is $55.00 each.
Please Note: An adult leader must accompany each class of confirmands. The recommended ratio is one adult for every seven youth. If you bring males and females, you must provide a male and female leader. (If you have a small group, there is an option to "share" leaders with another group. Please call Dwight Mission for more information). Each participating church is responsible for obtaining medical emergency releases from parents for this event.
Please call or e-mail Dwight Mission with questions. We will be happy to mail additional registration forms. We ask that each church send in their registrations together with one payment for all participants. A confirmation letter will be mailed to the church contact with a list of what to bring, along with a schedule of arrival and departure times. It will be the churches responsibility to get the packing list and any other information to the confirmands and sponsors.
